A temporary pre-authorization fee of $30 may be placed on your card at the start of a charging session to confirm available funds. This is standard for EVCS members using the app. The hold is replaced by the actual session cost and typically clears in a few days, depending on your card provider.
Charging sessions must be initiated via the EVCS mobile app to avoid session fees with the basic plan.
In case of a failed payment, the plan may be suspended or canceled until the outstanding balance is resolved.
